Maslow Project Maslow Project is a goal-oriented resource center serving homeless and at-risk for homeless youth, school-aged through 21. We are located at 209 W. Main Street in Medford, Oregon. We provide basic needs, as well as on-site access to a variety of services from community partners. Maslow Project helps youth establish educational, employment, and personal development goals while providing wrap-around case-management services to assist youth in attaining those goals. |

Open Books Project Information = smart decisions. Most Oregonians don't know how public school dollars are spent, how their local school district fared on the latest assessment test, or how many kids are graduating from high school. That's why Chalkboard Project created Open Books. It's an easy-to-use tool that provides all kinds of information about Oregon's K-12 public school districts. You can view information on your local school district, compare districts, or see statewide averages. |
Oregon Healthy Kids Oregon Healthy Kids believes that every kid in Oregon should be a healthy kid and their goal is to make sure they have health coverage.
Depending on family income, children may be eligible for free or low-cost health coverage for doctor visits, dental care, vision, medicines and more through the Healthy Kids program.
The site has information about Healthy Kids, including eligibility, services covered, and how to apply. There's also a place to find out how to help them spread the word and/or to partner with them to help families apply.

Rogue Valley Family YMCA The YMCA offers an afterschool program on-site at Abraham Lincoln, Griffin Creek, Hoover, Jacksonville, Jefferson, Kennedy, Lone Pine and Wilson elementary schools. Hours are from dismissal until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday on school days. Programs are also available on non-school days. Many scholarships are available to help with the fee through the YMCA. SMART Program SMART (Start Making A Reader Today) is a book and reading program that brings together thousands of Oregonians to help kindergarten through third grade children read and succeed.

Sparrow Clubs Sparrow Clubs USA is a national non-profit organization of school-based clubs that assist children in medical crisis. Through community service and fundraising projects, Sparrow Clubs support children who have either life threatening illnesses or chronic disabilities and whose families face financial hardship because of it.
