  Summer School

Hedrick will be offering a summer school program which is specifically designed to support students below grade level proficiency in reading and/or math.

15-6/18 & 6/22-6/25
 
Session #2:  8/10-8/13 & 8/17-8/20
 
If you have questions about the summer school program, please contact Nancy Egan, Instructional Coach, Hedrick Middle School.  Hedrick staff will be notifying parents if their student is being recommended for this additional support. 


 
 Registration for 2015-2016 School Year

Monday, August 17th 1-3pm - New to the Medford School District Pre-Registration (you will return for your grade level registration. See below)

Wednesday, August 19th - 8th Grade Registration
Last name begins with:
A-G 10-11am
H-Q 11-12pm
R-Z 12-1

Thursday, August 20th - 7th Grade Registration
Last name begins with:
A-D 10-11am
E-K 11-12pm
L-R 12-1pm
S-Z 1-2pm


 
First Day of School
All 7th Grade students will attend school on Thursday, September 3rd from 8:35 to 12:00. Breakfast and lunch will be served in the cafeteria. Buses will run both morning and afternoon routes.

All students will attend school beginning Tuesday, September 8th from 8:35 to 3:25.

 
Fall Sports

7th & 8th Grade Football, 7th & 8th Grade Volleyball and Cross Country will being on Monday, August 31st. Please click the "Athletics" tab on the left for more information. Remember, all athletes must have a current Sports Physical & Health Insurance on file to participate. Don't wait! Schedule your child's sports physical now!

Student Transportation:
Students who live one and a half miles or more from school are bussed to and from school. Children who live less than one and a half miles from school walk or are transported by car.
