The Medford School District Human Resources office provides centralized support to the District, its students, staff, administration, and community in the areas of labor and employee relations, recruitment, selection and retention, classification and compensation, and benefits administration. 

Our HR staff recruits, develops and protects the District’s most valuable resource – its employees. We are committed to recruiting, retaining, and supporting a highly qualified and diverse workforce in order to meet the educational needs of the District’s students.
