North Medford High School Foundation Scholarship

THE NMHS FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION IS CLOSED FOR 2023

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE OPENING THE APPLICATION

The North Medford Foundation Application is open ONLY to Senior's at North Medford High School and allows students to apply for multiple scholarships with one application.  Students must be logged in to their MSD account to access the application and supporting documents. 

DETAILS  

-The NMHS Foundation application opened on December 1st.

-The early bird deadline is January 12th, 2023 at 4:00 pm (students who submit their application by this deadline will have their name entered into a drawing for a $500 scholarship award)

-The FINAL DEADLINE is January 31, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

-LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

-The NMHS Foundation Scholarship application requires essential supporting documents.  (see application instructions on the TFC Canvas page or stop into the TFC for printed instructions.)  Documents include personal statements, activity chart, letters of recommendation  and a completed FAFSA  or ORSAA prior to beginning the application.

If you missed the presentation on November 28th or you would like to have the links to things, there is a link to the presentation that explains the application and other scholarship opportunities on the Tornado Future Center Canvas page.  Seniors should all have access to this page.   If you are a senior and you do not have access to this page, stop in and see Jeri in the TFC.  If you are a parent, you just need to observe your student's canvas page for access.

Please keep in mind that some of the scholarships offered through the North Medford Foundation require an additional application.   Please pay attention to the additional applications you may need, and request them from Jeri Childress at jeri.childress@medford.k12.or.us. Most additional applications will be due in February. Keep track of your deadlines! 

Once you have completed the NMHS Foundation application, submit it (this will timestamp the application).  Make sure you do not wait until the very last minute.  

Any applications that come in after 4:00 pm on January 31st  will not be accepted.  

Incomplete Applications will not be accepted.
