    Objective Key Results, Key Performance Indicators, and Measures of the System (Adopted 3-18-21) 

    Objective Key Result:
    ALL MSD students graduate with the skills, knowledge, curiosity, and drive to succeed in a job,
    trade school, college, or university.

    Key Performance Indicators:
    1. Students Can Read: Third Grade Reading, State Assessment
    2. Students Are Numerate: Eighth Grade Math, State Assessment
    3. Students Are Engaged: YouthTruth, Engagement Measure
    4. Students Graduate: Four Year Graduation Rate and Five Year Completer Rate
    5. Students Leave Prepared: Students Graduating with Pathway Endorsement All Key Performance Indicators will be measured in aggregate, and disaggregated by student group.

    Post Pandemic Priorities and Desired Outcomes (Spring 2021 - Spring 2022):
    ● Identify the academic, social, and emotional needs of every student and develop a plan to help
    meet those needs.
    ● Provide urgent credit retrieval opportunities for those at risk of not graduating on time.
    ● Ensure the long-term viability and success of Medford Online Academy.
    ● Identify and adopt effective teaching and learning methods and strategies developed or
    discovered during Comprehensive Distance Learning and Hybrid Instruction.
    ● Work to maximize the number of students engaged in in-person learning.
