Online Registration is available for students who are brand new to the Medford School District (MSD). Please enroll at your neighborhood school. If necessary, you can use the District Address Locator to determine your neighborhood school based upon your residential address.

*Online Registration is not currently available for MSD Charter Schools (LOGOS, Valley, KUA & Madrone Trail) due to unique enrollment processes

Each year, this system is used to verify your child’s existing enrollment information. 

You will need a ParentVUE account to do this. 

If you do not have your ParentVUE account login information, you can select 'Forgot Password.'

If you have not activated your ParentVUE account for your current MSD student, you will need an activation key. Contact your student's school for this activation key or check your email for an email from ParentVUE.

Throughout the school year, families can access this system using ParentVUE to update information.

Oregon state law requires students to be age five on or before September 1 to enter Kindergarten.

If your kindergartener has older siblings in the Medford School District, you will be able to add them to your current ParentVUE account when you verify your other student(s) information. Click on returning students below.

If your kindergartner does not have older siblings in the Medford School District, you will click on new students below.

To make MSD’s Online Registration process smooth and convenient, please have the following information available:

● Student’s Birth Certificate (or Affidavit)

● Emergency contact phone number(s)

● Doctor and Dentist office contact information

● Immunization dates

● Previous schools address and phone numbers

● Proof of address

● Custodial documentation (if applicable)
