Athletic Registration Information
High Schools:
North and South Medford High Schools are members of the Oregon Schools Athletic Association (OSAA) and follow all rules and regulations of the OSAA. The Southwest Conference includes North and South Medford, Roseburg, Grants Pass, Sheldon, Willamette, and South Eugene. Central Medford High School participates in City of Medford Adult Leagues.

Hedrick Middle School, McLoughlin Middle School and Ruch K-8 are members of the Southern Oregon Middle School Athletic Conference (SOMSAC).

To be eligible for sports an athletic physical is required (these are good for two years) and must be filled out on the appropriate form, proof of insurance or you may purchase school insurance, emergency information provided. In addition, for high school athletes the OSAA requires an athlete to be enrolled in a minimum of five classes. Athletes must have earned 4.5 credits by the beginning of the sophomore year, 10 by the junior year, and 17 by the senior year.
