Work Well Survey

We want to work well in the Medford School District! To do so, we strive to embody our Leadership Definition by embracing feedback and using it to improve our system. We want to hear from you about how this school year is going. Please take this year’s Work Well Survey; it only takes a few minutes! You may remember the survey from the last couple of years. It is anonymous and administered by a third party organization. The goal of the survey is to learn how we can improve as a district and retain our high-quality employees. Since last year’s survey, many schools have used the data to make small adjustments that make a big impact.
