Open Enrollment for the 2026-27 Plan year is from Aug 15, 2026-Sept 15, 2026. Plans go into effect October 1, 2026.
If you are a new employee to the district, you can enroll in benefits by logging in to the MyOEBB Benefits Management Portal using the following link:

In accordance with the 2025 IRS Affordable Care Act, 1095-C forms have been made available electronically. 1095-C's can be found in your Employee Online account under Payroll Information.

Additional Enrollment Information
You will continue to enroll in optional Supplemental Health Insurance plans through The Standard. These plans include:
- Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCRA)
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- Health Savings Account (HSA)
Note: HSA funds carry forward and can be adjusted anytime during the plan year. - Pet Insurance
- Supplemental Health Insurance
Consider optional plans like Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance, and Identity Theft Insurance.
