Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District at 900 Kenyon St., Medford, OR 97501 for the Light Pole Bases at Jacksonville and NMHS project. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The project will be awarded to one or more contractors based on the lowest bid. There will be an optional pre-bid meeting and walk-through on Monday, May 19, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at North Medford High School, located at 1900 N. Keene Way, Medford, OR 97504. There will be a visit at Jacksonville Elementary after North High.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
