Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District at 900 Kenyon St., Medford, OR 97501 in the facilities office, for the Security Vestibules Project. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. The project will be awarded to one or more contractors based on the lowest bid and ability to complete the project on time.
There will be an mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through on Thursday, May 29, 2025 beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Roosevelt Elementary School located at 1212 Queen Anne Ave, Medford, OR 97504. We will do a site visit to Hedrick and Lone Pine immediately following Roosevelt.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
