ITB 26-01-25 NMHS Roofing
Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District for the NMHS Roof Project on April 14, 2026 no later than 2:00 p.m. at 900 Kenyon Street, Medford, OR 97501. The project will be awarded to one contractor based on the lowest bid. The purpose and intent of Invitation to Bid #26-01-25 is to establish a firm fixed price contract with one qualified source to replace the roofs on the NMHS Graphic Arts building and the NMHS Science building.
There will be a non-mandatory walk-through on March 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at North Medford High School located at 1900 N. Keene Way Drive, Medford, OR 97504. Meet in front of the office.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders and (3) to reject for good cause any or all Proposals that are not in the best interest of the district (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever its is deemed in the sole opinion of the Medford School District to be in the best interest of the District.
