Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District at 900 Kenyon St., Medford, OR 97501 for the NMHS TA Building Beam Repairs. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 14, 2026. The project will be awarded to one contractor based on the lowest bid. There will be an optional pre-bid meeting and walk-through on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at North Medford High School, located at 1900 N. Keene Way Drive, Medford, OR 97504. Meet at the front office.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
