ITB 26-44-29 Oak Grove Intrusion System Conversion
Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District for the Oak Grove Intrusion System Conversion Project on May 13, 2026 no later than 2:00 p.m. by email or delivered to 900 Kenyon Street, Medford, OR 97501. The project will be awarded to one contractor based on the lowest bid. The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with one qualified source to convert the intrusion system at Oak Grove Elementary.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Grove Elementary School located at 2838 W. Main Street, Medford, OR 97501. Meet in the front office.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders and (3) to reject for good cause any or all bids that are not in the best interest of the district (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever its is deemed in the sole opinion of the Medford School District to be in the best interest of the District.
