Notice is hereby given that bids will be accepted by the Medford School District for the NMHS Auditorium Truss Repair Project on September 22, 2026 no later than 2:00 p.m. delivered to 900 Kenyon Street, Medford, OR 97501. The project will be awarded to one contractor based on the lowest bid. There will be an optional pre-bid meeting on Wednesday September 9, 2026 beginning at 8:00 a.m. at NMHS located at 1900 N. Keene Way, Medford, OR 97504. Meet in front of the office.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
