Medford School District 549C (District) is seeking written proposals from qualified providers of custom apparel. Consistent with OAR 137-047-0261, the District is seeking multiple vendors for screen printing tee shirts, hoodies and warm up gear for all of our school sites. Please include all set up fees, artwork, screen print fees or additional costs. This RFP will be awarded to multiple vendors. The Medford School District Facilities Office must receive your proposal no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject for good cause any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, and (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive an informality and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
