REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 25-00-41
Notice is hereby given that proposals will be accepted by the Medford School District at 900 Kenyon Street, Medford, OR 97501 in the Purchasing office, from qualified firms to perform an arc flash hazard analysis for the entire district.
We are seeking qualified firms to provide arc flash analysis and labeling services for all facilities within our district. The scope of work includes a comprehensive analysis of all electrical systems, short circuit and coordination studies and the installation of appropriate arc flash hazard warning labels in accordance with NFPA 70E and all relevant safety standards. This is a qualified bid process so while overall costs are a major factor, firms who can provide the most experience and scope of services requested will receive higher marks. The District invites interested firms to complete and submit a proposal.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject for good cause any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, and (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive an informality and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
