Notice is hereby given that proposals will be accepted by the Medford School District at the Purchasing Office, located at 900 Kenyon St., Medford, OR 97501 no later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 19, 2026.
Medford School District 549C (District) is seeking written proposals from qualified providers of outdoor school programs. Consistent with ORS 327.390, the District shall provide an outdoor educational experience for 6th grade students that reflects local community needs and contexts, featuring field study opportunities for students learning.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders,(3) to reject for good cause any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, and (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive an informality and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
