Notice is hereby given that proposals will be accepted by the Medford School District’s Purchasing Office, located at 900 Kenyon St., Medford, OR 97501 until 2:00 p.m. local time, May 27, 2026 for RFP 26-00-28 Instrument Repair and Maintenance.    

Medford School District 549C (the “District”) invites interested vendors to submit proposals to provide instrument repairs/maintenance to the MSD music instrument fleet (band and orchestra instruments) which are housed at the following schools:   North Medford High School, South Medford High School, Hedrick Middle School, McLoughlin Middle School and Oakdale Middle School.

The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders and (3) to reject for good cause any or all Proposals that are not in the best interest of the district (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever its is deemed in the sole opinion of the Medford School District to be in the best interest of the District.
