About Our Department

We are a premier school district that inspires remarkable achievement, and empowers students to succeed and contribute in a changing world.  The Curriculum team provides resources and guidance to staff to achieve this vision.

This team oversees the district’s curriculum and instructional programs adoptions. We offer a range of resources for students and teachers that support the District's mission.  Our goal is to support staff members in delivering rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum equitably across the district. We will ensure that staff and students have the resources they need to teach, learn and grow.

We are committed to high-quality instruction and engaging learning environments that intellectually stimulate our diverse student population. Our focus is on the design and implementation of curriculum, instruction, and assessments. We use the Oregon Academic Content Standards as our guideline, employ innovative research-validated practices, and implement rigorous curriculum to ensure student learning and achievement.
