Curriculum Management Plan

In spring 2020, the Medford School District embarked on an exciting process to identify areas of need and improve our curriculum and instructional systems.  In collaboration with the Medford Education Association and Oregon School Employees Association, a Curriculum Management Audit was conducted in October 2021 and the final report was made available in early 2022. 

Based on the findings, a Curriculum Management Plan was created in the 2022-2023 school year with timelines and recommendations. The implementation of the Curriculum Management Plan is a three- to five-year project.  This curriculum management plan outlines our structures and systems to ensure a guaranteed and viable curriculum for all students. Our goal is to reduce variability and eliminate guesswork in the challenging work of teaching and learning. Ultimately, we aim for student agency, growth, and connection.
