Goals
The goals of the Medford School District Professional Development Program are to:
1. Provide a proactive approach to the personal and professional development of all employees for the benefit of students.
2. Anticipate and plan for the long-range needs of individual staff members and the district.
3. Make professional growth and in-service an integral and expected part of each employees’ experience.
4. Provide employees with competence-enhancing support at the job site.
