Instructions for Ordering Transcripts
For current students who need their transcripts sent to colleges, please email the SMHS Registrar with the following information:
- Student name
- Student ID number
- Name of College/University
- College/University's mailing address
For former students, please email SMHS Registrar with the following information:
- Attach a picture of your Photo ID for verification OR give your SMHS student ID number
- Name and address of where to mail the transcript
