•  Instructions for Ordering Transcripts

    For current students who need their transcripts sent to colleges, please email the SMHS Registrar with the following information:

    • Student name
    • Student ID number
    • Name of College/University
    • College/University's mailing address

    For former students, please email SMHS Registrar with the following information:

    • Attach a picture of your Photo ID for verification OR give your SMHS student ID number
    • Name and address of where to mail the transcript
