Boys' Basketball 2023

Sign ups are underway now for boys basketball. All 7th & 8th grade boys that are interested in participating in basketball should sign up at  www.registermyathlete.com by 4:00 pm, October 16th. All athletes are required to have a current sports physical exam (good for 2 years from the date of the exam) and online registration completed prior to the start of tryouts. Physicals should be uploaded to Register My Athlete and saved by parents. The Hedrick office no longer keeps a copy of physicals on file.  

• Boys Basketball Season starts with tryouts on Oct 23rd and games start in November and go through December.  

  • 8th grade will tryout from 6:30AM-7:45AM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) 

  • 7th grade will tryout from 3:45PM-5:15PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

  • Tryouts will be in the Hedrick Gyms.

• All Students wishing to tryout must have completed the registration process in Aktivate by October 16th.

Injuries:

If your athlete is injured during practice or a game, and seeks medical attention, a doctor’s note may need to be provided to release your athlete to participate. Please deliver notes in person to the Hedrick Office. Please do not fax doctor’s notes.
