• Bus Transportation

The Medford School District contracts with First Student Bus Company to provide bus transportation to most elementary school students living more than one mile from school, and most secondary students living more than 1 1/2 miles from school, as determined by the District. The students need to be waiting at their assigned bus stop at least 5 minutes prior to the posted route pick up time. All ODE guidance will be followed, including mandatory masking, contact tracing, and visual screening.

To find out if your residence is eligible for busing, please visit the following site: Address Search.  Not all schools have bus transportation. Students who obtain a district transfer are required to provide their own transportation.

WEDNESDAYS ONLY, Middle and High Schools will be picked up 30 minutes later than regular posted times, except for Ruch area students who will be picked up at regular times. Contact your school the District Bus Line at 541-842-3636 with questions or concerns.

South Medford HS and McLoughlin MS Students that live in the Ruch area will be picked up with the Ruch Community School students on routes 2, 3, and 4 and taken home on route 40. Ruch routes will run on Mondays at the posted times for the High School and Middle School students.

Please check your student's bus route daily for changes due to construction.

In cases of snow, the school district may implement snow routes*.

*Not all schools have snow routes. If you do not see a snow route listed on your school page, use your normal route.
