• Launched in August of 2018, Medford Online Programs support all Medford students and educators in the effective use of technology as a 21st-century tool for learning. Our online program includes support for technology integration in the traditional classroom and the development of a virtual/online school for students seeking online learning opportunities.

    Blended Learning in All Classes

    Blended learning leverages technology tools to develop 21st-century skills of collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and communication while addressing content standards. Technology is used as a tool to amplify learning.   

    1:1 Initiative

    Chromebook availability:

    Elementary classrooms 2-6 have Chromebook carts in each classroom with one device available for each student to use at school.

    Secondary core curriculum classrooms have Chromebook carts with one device available to each student during the class period.

    Coming in 2019/2020 School Year: Chromebooks will be checked out to every 9th-grade student in the district for use at home and school.
