Ashley Nichols-Lee grew up as a child in the Medford School District, attending Wilson Elementary, Hedrick Middle School, and graduating from North Medford High. Ashley began her professional career at AON Consulting, as an actuarial analyst, after graduating from the University of Portland with a mathematics degree. In 2007, Ashley returned to the Medford schools as an educator. Her roles at MSD include two years as a GED instructor, nine years of elementary teaching, and three years of instructional coaching. In 2021, Mrs. Nichols joined the extraordinary Abraham Lincoln team, endeavoring to inspire local children to become the next generation of teachers, doctors, and world-changers.
Ashley’s life outside of work is shared with her husband and five children—four boys and one girl. The Lee Family also consists of ten baby chicks, a bunny, and a Bernese Mountain puppy named Tug. Mrs. Nichols also enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors.
Together, Ashley and the Abraham Lincoln team are committed to the mission that all are learning and learning is for all.
