MSD Strategic Plan

Our Process

During the 2025–26 school year, Medford School District launched a community-wide process to develop a new strategic plan to guide our priorities and work for the years ahead.

At the heart of this process was listening. Students, families, staff, and community partners shared their experiences, ideas, and hopes through surveys, forums, school and department conversations, interviews, student advisory meetings, and community discussions. Thousands of voices helped us understand what is working well and where we have opportunities to grow.

This feedback helped us identify common themes across our district, including the importance of strong relationships and trust, responsible and sustainable use of resources, and ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed.

As we begin putting our priorities into action, our focus remains on ensuring every student has the opportunity, support, and education they need to build a successful future. This is a shared responsibility that will take all of us working together to make MSD the best it can be for every student.
