Five-Year Strategic Plan

Medford School District is launching a community-wide process to develop a new five-year strategic plan that will guide our work and priorities for the years ahead.

This process is an opportunity for students, families, staff, and community members to come together around our shared values, identify what matters most, and help shape the strategies that will move our district forward. The strategic plan will serve as a clear roadmap, helping us align resources, strengthen outcomes for students, and remain accountable to our community.

The School Board will begin discussions about partnering with a firm to help facilitate this comprehensive and inclusive planning effort. Throughout the process, there will be opportunities for stakeholders to share insights about what we are doing well and where we can grow.

This is a community effort. Together, we will define the path forward and ensure every student has the opportunities and support they need to succeed.
