Ms. Snow will take over for Javier Del Rio who is taking a district-level position in the Phoenix-Talent School District.

"I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the students and families of Howard Elementary. Three years ago, I joined the Medford School District after spending my first fifteen years as a classroom teacher, and English Language Development (ELD) teacher, and instructional coach for Eagle Point School District in White City.  When I started in Medford I was a literacy coach who supported teachers and schools at half of the district’s elementary schools. Most recently, I have served as the principal intern at Hoover Elementary. I look forward to supporting the academic hard work and continuing to build a culture where every student succeeds."

Ms. Bare will take over for Louis Dix who will be taking an administrator position in Klamath Falls.

"I am so excited to join the Griffin Creek family next year. I began my career as a special education teacher in the West-Linn Wilsonville School district. When my family relocated to Southern Oregon, I was fortunate to work in Medford as a special education TOSA, supporting the work of the Special Education Department for the district. I have been at Ashland High School for the past seven years, three as assistant principal, and the past four as principal. I look forward to returning to Medford, and coming alongside the staff and community at Griffin Creek in supporting every student to learn, grow and thrive."

Over the last few years I have served as the principal intern at Hoover Elementary, Interim principal at Roosevelt Elementary, and most recently as the assistant principal at McLoughlin Middle School. I am excited to rejoin the Wilson family, and look forward to working with you to continue the long standing tradition of excellence at Wilson."
