NEW STUDENTS-

For students new to Jacksonville Elementary, our office will be open from 7:30am-3:30pm beginning August 12, 2022.

Items needed:

Birth Certificate

Proof of Residency (Utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)

Immunization Records

RETURNING STUDENTS-

Returning Jacksonville students will receive registration materials on the first day of school.  We ask that families review the information, sign and return the form by 9/9/22.
